On May 9, 2017 at 4:57 pm officers responded to Cho`s Cleaners located 11710 Jefferson Avenue in reference to a business robbery. Officers met the owner, a 56 year old Yorktown woman, who advised that two unknown black males wearing dark blue jeans and black hoodies entered the establishment through the front door and pointed handguns at her and demanded cash. After taking money both suspects robbed a 62 year old Newport News man, a customer in the store, again taking cash.
Both black male suspects were described as about 5`5, 16-17 years of age, 120-130 pounds. No one was injured during the robbery.
